We aim for 4-8 working days for addresses within NZ and AUS unless stated otherwise in the product description. 

For the rest of the world, please allow up to 2 weeks.

Express Shipping 

We aim for 1-4 working days for delivery within NZ and AUS unless stated otherwise in the product description.

For the rest of the world, please allow for up to 1 week.

Please allow for up to 1-2 business days before expecting to hear from us with shipment dispatch and tracking information for both shipping options.

Refusal of delivery

If you refuse a shipment from Leisure Workshop you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to Leisure Workshop. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the shipment has been received back.

Import Taxes

Leisure Workshop has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. These customs charges can also cause delays. 

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products.
