If it doesn't fit, or you are not happy with it, send it back to us and we will issue a full refund, store credit, or exchange - your choice. Note - it may cost more to send back than the original shipping cost.
If for whatever reason the product has arrived to you damaged or something is wrong, please take photos clearly showing the issue and get in contact with us as soon as you can. We will aim to get back to you within 1 working day and organise the replacement, return or refund of the item.
We also offer replacements for any product failures within the same 100 day policy, if something breaks or is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, you can return it or we will replace it, free of charge, however, additional conditions apply for custom jobs. We always aim to leave our customers satisfied and help as best where possible.
